Delivery & Cancellation
At Hamro Shringar, we aim to provide smooth, fast, and reliable service to every customer. Please review the following Delivery and Cancellation guidelines before placing your order.
Delivery Time
- Depending on the location, delivery time may vary from 1 days to 5 days. Weekend and public holidays are not counted in the delivery time.
- Delivery whose charge will be displayed on the selection of desired delivery method on the cart and / or checkout page.
Home Delivery (Inside Kathmandu Valley)
- We offer home delivery within Kathmandu Valley through our partnered delivery services.
- Delivery charges may vary depending on the location.
- Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Products are shipped via courier services available in Nepal.
- Delivery time generally ranges from 2–5 working days, depending on the destination.
- Customers may be required to collect parcels from the courier office if home delivery is not available in their area.
Pre-Order Information
Some products on our website are available for Pre-Order, meaning they are not currently in stock but can be ordered in advance.
When you place a pre-order, your purchase is confirmed, and the product will be shipped within 10–12 business days.
Delivery Timeline
- Pre-order items usually have an estimated delivery time, which is clearly mentioned on the product page, cart, or checkout.
- Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to supplier availability, customs clearance, or logistics delays.
Important Notes
- Pre-order items are processed in the order they are received.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is available (unless stated otherwise).
- Any updates or changes to the estimated delivery date will be communicated when possible.
Self-Pickup (Store Pickup)
If you prefer to collect your order directly from our location, you may choose the Self-Pickup option during checkout.
Important Notice:
- Self-pickup requires prior confirmation of stock availability and pickup timing.
- After placing your order, please call or message us to confirm:
- That your selected items are in stock, and
- The suitable time for pickup.
- Please do not arrive at our location without confirmation, as some items may not be immediately available.
- Once confirmed, you may visit us at the agreed time to collect your order.
This ensures a smooth and quick pickup experience.
Order Confirmation
- All orders must be confirmed via phone or message before dispatch.
- Orders not confirmed within the required time may be cancelled.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchange
- Cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched.
- Returns are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.
- Returns and Exchange will be entertained in 48 hours from the delivery date. The purchased good should be in original state (including its packaging and labels), customer in Kathmandu should come to our store at Hamro Shringar Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal and produce the bill, after inspection then only we shall take the returns and exchange.
- For the customers outside valley you should return it within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Packages marked “not claimed” or “insufficient/incorrect address” will be refunded when received minus shipping costs that were charged.
Returns Policy
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category.
- Returns are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.
- Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed"
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
- Products purchased under SALE or BULK orders won’t be returned or exchanged.
Conditions for Returns
- The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any defects and glitches.
- If somehow the product is damaged after delivery it will not be returned.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and all other accessories.
- Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of our packaging, then it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Notes:
- It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
- If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
Provide clear evidence (photos/videos), and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
