Cancellations, Returns & Exchange


  • Cancellation is accepted before the order is dispatched.
  • Returns are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Returns and Exchange will be entertained in 48 hours from the delivery date. The purchased good should be in original state (including its packaging and labels), customer in Kathmandu should come to our store at Hamro Shringar Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal and produce the bill, after inspection then only we shall take the returns and exchange.
  • For the customers outside valley you should return it within 7 days from the delivery date. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Packages marked “not claimed” or “insufficient/incorrect address” will be refunded when received minus shipping costs that were charged.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Shringar Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal.

Refund & Returns Policy


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, cosmetics or electronics cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Returns Policy


  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return time frame. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition.
  2. Returns are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered.
  3. Returns are accepted if there is a result of a manufacturing defect.
  4. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "No longer needed"
  5. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).
  6. Products purchased under SALE or BULK orders won’t be returned or exchanged. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Conditions for Returns


  1. The products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any defects and glitches.
  2. If somehow the product is damaged after delivery it will not be returned.
  3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and all other accessories.
  4. Orders that we suspect to be fraudulent or products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.
  5. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of our packaging, then it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.

Notes:


  • It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
  • If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Refunds


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an information to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns


  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shringar Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
