Sorry. For returns you have to drop by our office at Shringar Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal. Items can be returned for within 48 hours from the delivery date for a refund. The refund amount will be the amount after deducting delivery shipping costs that were charged. For the customers outside valley you should return it within 7 days from the delivery date for exchange. You can bring back the item or use a delivery service. For returns you have to drop by our office at Shringar Nepal Pvt. Ltd., Tara Marg – 9, Sinamangal Kathmandu, Nepal. For delivery service the consumer needs to pays for both delivery and return delivery charges.
The delivery cost of the products is Rs.75 within ringroad, outside Rs.115 in Kathmandu Valley and outside it depends on the distance. Read more

Yes, we do provide VAT invoices (bills) for every purchased products and services. Bills will be delivered along with the purchased items and services. If you need VAT invoice in the name of company, then please provide full company name and PAN at Company name (optional) filed during checkout under billing details.
