A: Yes following a CTSM (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) routine is highly recommended. After you’ve cleansed your face, make sure you use our ceramides-based toner and then your CAP serum(s).

Q: Is it okay to use this face wash if I’m already using a toner, face serum, and a face moisturizer that contains actives as well?
