How to Use
To cook, mix 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
Our quinoa comes pre-rinsed with all saponin removed.
It can be used as is, with no rinsing or cleaning required.
It is great by itself, mixed with vegetables, in souffles, or in casseroles.
You can also make red quinoa flour by grinding the seeds and using it in baking.
